You can opt for the basic processing that consists of the following processes: stripping, destemming, peeling, separation of empty and full, and drying of the fruit, or opt for any separate process.

Basic processing

In the basic processing, the following processes are carried out: stripping, destemming, peeling, separation of empty and full, and drying of the fruit.

Peeled and dried


Peeling of the harvest with a specific machine for said process.


Drying of the harvest using hot air at a low temperature and using our free fall system, which allows us to respect the taste and appearance of its fruits, so that they obtain the highest price.

Void separation

Operation that is carried out in two phases, and that separates the pistachios that do not have fruit, the first separation by flotation, and the second by venting

Moisture measurement

We provide you free of charge, the most accurate meter used by the vast majority of processors in California, so that you can know the degree of humidity of your fruits

Stain separation

Process that is carried out fruit by fruit by means of an optical sorter that allows us to carry out the highest quality selection by color grading and maximum safety, detecting stained fruits and eliminating foreign materials.

Manual selection

This selection allows us to carry out a visual review before the classification so that you can obtain the highest quality of your harvest

Open - closed separation

By means of this mechanical process, open or opened pistachios are separated from closed ones. The percentage of open fruits depends mainly on the variety, availability of water and temperatures.

Selection by size

Our selection system by size allows us to classify your harvest in the sizes you consider and with high precision

Artificial opening of closed

It is possibly the most interesting process in our facilities due to the added value it brings to the treated fruits, allowing them to be marketed with natural open pistachios or separately, and obtain a much higher price.

Closed breakage

The breaking of the closed fruits of low caliber, defective or rejected in previous processes, allows us to extract the pip. Together with the opening of the fruits, it is the most complex operation, since it is important not to damage the seed, and we provide you with the most precise machine.

Grain selection and calibration

After breaking the closed fruits, we offer you the possibility of selecting and calibrating the grain in our machines made of stainless steel, to respect all the qualities of the fruits.

Manual grain selection

Our selection system by size allows us to classify your harvest in the sizes you consider and with high precision.
