At NOCCIS we have our own laboratories with the highest innovative technology where our expert technicians perform plant micropropagation, characterization, conservation and genetic improvement of pistachio crops , walnut and pecan . We use applied research to improve micropropagation processes towards more efficient multiplication systems in the clonal propagation of selected genotypes. The keys to micropropagation are based on the use of biotechnological techniques such as somatic embryogenesis, organogenesis or the use of temporary immersion systems to improve our productions

At NOCCIS we carry out trials and genetic improvement programs through crosses of selected parents through controlled pollinations. The use of micropropagation as a cultivation technique makes it possible to produce individuals with excellent genetic and phenotypic characteristics from selected clones whose purpose is to increase the productivity of our plants and the quality of their fruits, in addition to ensuring excellent sanitary conditions.

At NOCCIS we produce various varieties of both rootstock and producing varieties of pistachio plant, pecan plant and walnut plant, selecting from all of them the best characteristics to obtain vigorous, homogeneous and excellent quality productions.

In addition to the use of biotechnological techniques to offer our clients the best pistachio, walnut and pecan seedlings, in our laboratory we also carry out seed conservation, germination analysis, foliar analysis , soil or water, among others, thus being able to advise our clients for the realization of good management in the exploitation and an increase in production in the plots.

It has facilities that are equipped to house a large number of plants, including species such as pistachio, pecan or walnut, which receive all the necessary attention for their optimal growth.

The pistachio, walnut and pecan seedlings that are found in our nurseries, present excellent sanitary conditions, stand out for their great vigor and come from a meticulous parietal selection that ensures a plantation homogeneous and very productive.

We are at the service of our clients by offering availability potted plant < / span> throughout the year , and bare roots in a vegetative stop, ready to be planted around February, once the frosts have passed more rigorous.

At NOCCIS we have the necessary equipment to carry out the harvest in any plantation, so if you wish we can carry out the harvesting of the pistachio fruit using vibrating umbrellas and trailers that facilitate the collection of the fruits of your plantation, offering a fast and efficient service, which favors obtaining the greatest possible benefits.

NOCCIS has a processing plant , where all the necessary operations will be carried out from the entry of the fruit to its value in the market.

To do this, peeling and drying operations of the fruit will be carried out , separation of fruits that are empty, moisture measurement , spotted fruit separation, manual selection and quality control by sensory analysis, separation of open and closed fruits, selection by size , opening artificially of fruits that are closed or breakage of the closed ones that present a smaller size, selection and calibration of the grain and manual grain selection.
